Staff Nurse Job Description:
(HSE) or Health Service Executive is an organization being managed by the Minister for Health in Ireland. HSE hospitals serve as the government’s front line in the provision of various health and social services to everyone living in Ireland. The country’s top priority is the Health of every individual; therefore, the HSE is commonly assigned the biggest budget among all Irish public sector organizations and boasts of over 67,000 direct employees and another 40,000 in funded health care organizations, making it the largest and one of the most respected employers in Ireland.
Job Qualifications:
This job requires both Male and Female applicants, 23 years old and above, College Graduate with Professional Licensed or Board Passer, must have minimum of 2 years working experience, minimum of 150 bed capacity and must not have recently failed an interview.
Applicants must be an NMBI DL holder and must also have an Academic IELTS Overall Band Score of 7.0 (S/W: 7, R/L: 6.5).

- Proposed monthly salary starts from 2,544.75 – 3,650 EUR (Php136,000 – Php195,000); HSE scale increases based on experience
- Free adaptation program
- As much as 1,200EUR (Php64,000) accommodation allowance for the adaptation program
- As much as 800EUR (Php42,000) flight reimbursement
- Annual retention fee, pin and NMBI registration fee of 495EUR (Php26,000) to be reimbursed
- 250EUR (Php13,000) ATWS fee to be paid by the hospital
- 39 hours per week with additional pay for shift differentials
- Permanent, full-time pensionable contracts (HSE scheme)
- 24 days annual leave, 9 public holidays
- Full support with nursing registration for the Irish Nursing Board (NMBI)
- Educational opportunities and professional development and for Masters and post-graduate programs
